Dr. Gabriel is a double board-certified, fellowship trained interventional pain physician, as well as the Medical Director. He completed his BA in Medical Ethics and Anthropology at the University of Chicago, where he was the recipient of multiple prestigious awards, while also graduating among the top of his class with both General and Special Honors. He attended medical school at the University of Illinois College of Medicine and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society for his outstanding patient care. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with multiple honors, and went on to complete his fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine with the Department of Anesthesiology.
As a physiatrist and interventional pain physician, Dr. Gabriel’s goal is to alleviate pain and restore function for patients through non-surgical approaches. He has over 10 years of extensive experience in the diagnosis, management and treatment of cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine disorders, as well as a wide array of musculoskeletal and neurological injuries. He has been named a top-rated pain specialist among peers and patients, has presented numerous times at national meetings, and is published in peer-reviewed pain medicine journals. Dr. Gabriel’s clinical interests are broad, and include intervertebral disc disease, facet neurotomy, failed back surgery syndrome, spinal cord stimulation and regenerative medicine. In his personal time, Dr. Gabriel enjoys spending time with his family, serving in his church, traveling, running, playing music, painting, hiking and snowboarding.
Dr. Gray is a double board-certified, fellowship trained interventional pain physician. He completed his BS in Bioengineering at The University of Toledo College of Engineering, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He attended medical school at The University of Toledo College of Medicine and was awarded Excellence in Rehabilitation Medicine by the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). He completed his residency in PM&R at The Ohio State University Medical Center and went on to complete his fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine with the Department of Anesthesiology.
As a physiatrist and interventional pain physician, Dr. Gray’s goal is to improve function and quality of life for his patients. Dr. Tinkey is a board-certified, fellowship trained interventional pain physician. She completed her BS in Biology and English at Texas A&M University where she graduated Cum Laude. She attended medical school at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. completed her residency in Anesthesiology at Emory University and went on to complete her fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine with the Department of Anesthesiology at Emory University. She has been involved in numerous research endeavors and has been published in peer-reviewed medical journals. As an anesthesiologist and interventional pain physician, Dr. Tinkey strives to alleviate pain with minimally-invasive procedures that can restore quality of life to her patients. Dr. Tinkey has numerous clinical interests such as neuromodulation for chronic pain including spinal cord stimulation and peripheral nerve stimulation, ultrasound-guided procedures, and chronic pain of the spine.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, hiking, skiing, attending concerts at Red Rocks, and exploring this beautiful state!

Dr. Patton is a family physician. She grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Colorado while in high school. She attended the University of Colorado School of Nursing and married her high school sweetheart, Steve Patton. After attending graduate school with her husband in Oklahoma, Dr. Patton pursued her dream of medicine. She completed a M.S. in Physiology at Oklahoma State and then attended the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine.
Dr. Patton did a one year internship in Pediatrics at the University of Kansas, Wichita. She then took a few years off from the full-time practice of medicine to raise her children (Michael, Marie, Keith, Michelle) while they were little. She then resumed her medical career and completed a residency in family medicine at the University of Colorado (Rose Medical Center).
Dr. Patton has worked for several clinics in the Denver Metro area and is employed by Miramont Family Medicine in Parker. She enjoys preventative health, women’s medicine, sports medicine and pediatrics. Dr. Patton volunteers by serving on the admissions board for CU School of Medicine, by serving as a board member for the Colorado Academy of Family Medicine (CAFP), and is on the Nurse Physician Advisory Task Force for Colorado. Her hobbies include: her dogs, running, swimming and bicycling.
Travis Lauder, MD
Marquette University, University of Wisconsin Madison – Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health – Doctorate of Medicine, UIC-Advocate Illinois Masonic Family medicine residency.
Dr. Lauder is a board certified family medicine physician. He grew up in Dallas, TX and attended college at Marquette University and the University of Wisconsin Madison. He then Graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He completed a 2 year radiology residency before then graduating from a family medicine program at University of Illinois Chicago – Advocate Illinois Masonic. He graduated with certificates for tracks in sports medicine and urgent care.
After his residency, he moved to Denver and works full time in urgent care in South Denver. In his free time, he enjoys being active with hockey, soccer, volleyball, hiking, snow boarding and entertaining his energetic golden retriever.

Paige Suddarth is a Physician Assistant who grew up in Plymouth, Michigan. She attended the University of Dayton, where she received her Bachelors and Masters degrees. Before becoming a PA, Paige was an EMT, which is where she first developed her love of medicine and treating patients. Her favorite thing about being a PA is being able to spend a lot of time with her patients and inform them on their condition, the treatment plan, and thoroughly answer any questions they may have.
In her free time, she enjoys the Colorado outdoors and staying active, including hiking, running, and doing various workout classes. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her fiancé and her dog.

Erica Borresen is a Physician Assistant. She grew up in Mankato, Minnesota and attended the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She found her way to Colorado and worked in clinical research for nine years. Her research interests focused on improving health outcomes through diet and exercise and led to multiple journal publications. During this time, Erica obtained her Master in Public Health with an emphasis on Global Health and Health Disparities and completed an internship at the World Health Organization. Her passion for prevention medicine and public health compelled her to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant. She completed her training at the University of Washington. She enjoys working with patients and providing tools to help patients take control of their health and wellness.
In her free time, Erica can be found exploring the beautiful Colorado Rockies by foot or snowboard, dancing to bluegrass, or booking her next adventure – all alongside her husband and dog.

Nicole Bailey is a physician assistant who was born and raised in the Phoenix valley of Arizona. She attended ASU for her undergraduate degree while working as an emergency medicine scribe as well as a chiropractic assistant. It was during her time working in chiropractic that she found a passion for working with conditions of the spine. Her favorite part of being a PA is helping her patient’s regain functionality through interventional and conservative measures to get patient’s back to their daily lives.
When not working, Nicole enjoys watching true crime documentaries, taking her dog for walks through beautiful Colorado, and watching football. Her favorite teams to watch are the ASU Sun Devils, Norte Dame Fighting Irish, and of course the Denver Broncos!

John Williams is a Physician Assistant who grew up in Covington, Louisiana and attended Louisiana State University for his undergraduate studies where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Biological Sciences. He later went on to receive his Master’s in Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in Baton Rouge, LA. Prior to attending PA school, he worked for several years as an EMT in a high-volume, rural area of Louisiana. It was during this time that his passion for medicine and providing care to patients flourished and grew. His favorite aspect of being a Physician Assistant is being able to make connections with patients, build a trusting rapport, and deliver efficient and effective evidence-based healthcare to patients in need.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking with his wife and goldendoodle, Finn. He also enjoys travelling, playing sports, camping, and exploring the beautiful scenery of Colorado.

Natalia Behnken is a Physician Assistant who grew up in Ogden, Utah. She attended Loyola Marymount University for her undergraduate degree and continued her education at Northern Arizona University for her Master’s degree. Prior to becoming a PA, she worked as a Rehabilitation Tech at Craig Hospital in Englewood, CO. This is where she found her passion for caring for others. Her favorite part of being a PA is being able to spend time speaking to the patient about their current condition and discussing their best treatment option.
In her free time, she enjoys all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer, including running, soccer, hiking, and skiing. She also enjoys finding new breakfast spots and spending time with her family and dog

Michelle Paturzo is a Physician Assistant. She grew up in New Canaan, Connecticut and attended Wake Forest University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Health & Exercise Science. Prior to becoming a PA, Michelle was involved in clinical research and worked as a physical therapy technician. She then moved to Chicago and attended Northwestern University’s PA Program. Michelle is focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with compassion and understanding of her patients’ needs.
In her free time, she enjoys staying active in the Colorado outdoors, including hiking, skiing, and golfing. She also enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes.

Anna Nguyen is a Physician Assistant who grew up in Littleton, Colorado. She attended Colorado College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology. She later went on to receive her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY. Prior to PA school, Anna worked as a CNA/PCT in various hospital settings, including Pre-op/PACU, Telemetry/Adult Observations, and the Rehabilitation Unit. Her favorite part of being a PA is spending time getting to know her patients to help them achieve their personal health goals.
In her free time, Anna enjoys hiking/camping, watching movies, and traveling for food. She is passionate about environmental sustainability and healthcare equity.

Morgan Dahms is a Physician Assistant who grew up in Sedalia, CO. Marissa Jocola is a physician assistant who grew up in Warren, OH. She attended The Ohio State University where she received her Bachelors of Science in Biology. During her time as a student, she worked as a caretaker for a young female with Rhett Syndrome which sparked her interest to peruse her passion for medicine further. Her favorite part about being a physician assistant is getting to spend time with her patients to better understand their pain and form a multidisciplinary treatment plan to get them back to functioning in their everyday lives. In her free time, she loves to ski, hike, attend concerts, and spend time with her friends and family.

Taylor Robertson is a Physician Assistant who grew up in Stillwater, Minnesota. She attended the University of Denver for her undergraduate degree and went on to receive her Masters degree at Boston University in Massachusetts. Prior to attending PA school she gained experience working in medical oncology as a medical scribe/medical assistant. As a pain PA, Taylor is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and having a positive impact on her patients’ quality of life. In her spare time she enjoys skiing, yoga, cooking and spending time with friends and family in Denver.
Colorado Mesa University – Bachelors of Science in Biology, Master of Physician Assistant Studies Amber Gillard is a Physician Assistant who grew up in Arvada, Colorado. She attended Colorado Mesa University where she received both her Bachelors and Masters degree. Prior to becoming a PA, she worked in population health where she found her passion in improving access to healthcare. Her favorite part about being a PA in pain management is being a part of the solution that helps patients heal. In her free time, she loves to enjoy Colorado’s outdoors, including snowboarding, hiking, camping, ATVing, dirt biking and rock climbing. She loves doing these things alongside her husband, her son and her 3 dogs.

Kelly Morris is a physician assistant who grew up in Minneapolis, MN. She attended North Dakota State University (NDSU) for her undergraduate studies where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in International Studies and Spanish. While at NDSU Kelly won a national championship as a member of the women’s club hockey team. Then she attended Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT for her Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to attending PA school, Kelly worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a local hospital and as a Direct Support Professional at a group home for people with disabilities. Through these experiences Kelly’s love of medicine and caring for patients grew into a lifelong passion. Kelly loves being a physician assistant because she can create an inclusive space to connect with patients and provide high-quality evidence-based care to improve their quality of life. In her free time, Kelly can usually be found in an ice arena catching a hockey game, on a golf course, reading a good book, or exploring Colorado with her goldendoodle, Aspen.

Emily Amack is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She grew up in Highlands Ranch, CO and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder after high school, graduating with a degree in Integrative Physiology. She then went on to complete an accelerated nursing program at Regis University and worked as a Registered Nurse for a few years in internal medicine at Saint Joseph Hospital and in wound care at Porter Hospital. She then completed her M.S. in nursing at Vanderbilt University and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
In her free time, Emily enjoys all things outdoors including hiking, skiing, golfing, biking, and soccer. She lives in Downtown Denver with her husband and dog and loves exploring all that the city has to offer.

Tess Farenwald is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She grew up in Frederick, MD and attended University of Maryland at College Park, graduating with a degree in Kinesiology. She then completed an accelerated nursing program at Pace University in NYC and worked as a Registered Nurse in orthopedic/vascular surgery at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. She completed her M.S. in nursing at Pace University and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Christine Giuliani is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She grew up in Miami, FL but moved to Colorado during her sophomore year of high school. She attended Metropolitan State University of Denver after high school, graduating with a degree in Psychology. She then went on to complete an accelerated nursing program at Regis University and worked as a Registered Nurse for 6 years, most of which were spent in the surgical setting as a preoperative and post anesthesia care nurse in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. She then completed her M.S. in nursing at Regis University and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
In her free time, Christine enjoys reading, hiking, planning PTO events, and is a self-proclaimed theme park junkie! She lives in Parker with her husband, three children, and dog. Christine loves exploring Colorado and enjoying everything it has to offer!
Westerns Governors University- Bachelor of Science in Nursing – Maryville University- Master of Science in nursing is a Family Nurse Practitioner, who is originally from Ukraine. She has fulfilled her dream to become an American. Her previous degree includes a Masters in international business management; however, she felt passion for a career in healthcare. She graduated with her bachelors in nursing in 2018, her masters in nursing in 2021. Her work experience includes positions in the trauma, neuro, and orthopedic unit at the local hospital. Patient focused care coupled with the nursing process are the cornerstones of her practice. She specializes in conservative pain management working with cases of car accident victims and other personal injury cases. Currently, Jane is in school for her postmasters certificate in psychiatric mental health nursing with a goal to better accommodate her patients’ emotional needs as acute and chronic pain often significantly affect mental health of the individual. In her home life she enjoys hanging with her husband, their children, and pet snake Elliot. She also likes board games, especially the ones that include abstract thinking.

Kelly Sotir is a family nurse practitioner. She grew up in St. Louis, MO and completed her bachelors degree at University of Missouri in Columbia. She then moved to Denver and worked as a Registered Nurse in the float pool at Lutheran Medical Center. She greatly enjoyed taking care of her patients on the orthopedic and surgical floor. She then completed her masters degree at University of Colorado Colorado Spring and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her favorite part of being a nurse practitioner is connecting with her patients and helping them achieve their wellness goals. In her free time, Kelly enjoys rock climbing, snow boarding, hiking, camping, and traveling. She lives Lakewood with her fiancé and three dogs .

Katie McGovern is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Katie is a Colorado native and was raised in the Western Slope in Grand Junction. She graduated from Denver University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology. She then worked as a phlebotomist before attending Regis University’s accelerated nursing program to earn her nursing degree. She spent 6 years working as a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, where she spent most of her time on the medical floor. She then returned to Regis University to complete her M.S. in nursing and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Skiing since she was 2 years old and a former ski racer in high school, Katie enjoys alpine skiing with her loved ones in the Rockies. In addition to her nursing degree, Katie has also earned a Dive Master’s certification and hopes to earn a Dive Instructor license in the future to continue sharing her passion for diving and marine life with others. Katie also enjoys exploring new “hole-in-the-wall” restaurants and listening to live music with friends and family in her free time.
Mindy is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She attended West Texas A&M University where she graduated with honors, obtaining her Bachelors Degree in Nursing. She then worked at the bedside in the medical and cardiac intensive care units where she learned that many patients had co-morbidities that were not properly managed and complications that could be prevented through access to medical care, education, nutrition, and exercise. This realization encouraged her to go back to school, where she once again attended West Texas A&M University, obtaining her Masters in Nursing. She feels incredibly privileged to do what she does: patient care and education. On the side, she helps teach ultrasound guided joint injection courses with Injection University and nursing courses at Front Range Community College. She is involved within both her local and nursing communities, currently serving as the Colorado Society of Advanced Practice Nurses (SIG 30) President – Elect. Being raised on a large ranch in the Sandhills of Nebraska instilled a great love of the outdoors. When she is not working, she can be found spending time with family, hiking, at the lake, playing sports, riding horses, or curled up with a good book.
Jonathan Edelman is board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He completed his BFA at Emerson College in Boston and a M.A. in music education at the Eastman School of Music prior to obtaining his B.S.N. at the University of Rochester. He spent 8 years working as a NICU nurse at Liverpool Hospital in Sydney, New South Wales, and at Strong Memorial Hospital in NY, with a focus on children and families suffering from Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome. He completed his FNP at the University of Rochester before moving to Colorado. In his free time he enjoys playing music, BJJ, gardening, and tending to the various children and animals within and around his house. He lives in Parker with his wife and three boys.
Ihsan O. Erhuy
Attended the University of Arizona and Parker College of Chiropractic—Dr. Erhuy specializes in motor vehicle accident injures, back pain, neck pain, and extremity problems. Dr. Erhuy also treats many pregnant patients and children. Dr. Erhuy is certified in the Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Upper Cervical, Activator, Sacral Occipital, Applied Kinesiology, Soft Tissue techniques.
Originally from Adana, Turkey, Dr. Erhuy’s family moved to the United States when he was six years old. He lived most of his childhood in Southern California, where thanks to his first grade teacher, his friends and family grew to know him as “Oscar”. He attended Saguaro high school in Scottsdale, Arizona. After graduation he moved to Tucson, Arizona to attend University of Arizona where he found chiropractic (thanks to his dad). He then moved to Dallas, Texas where he attended Parker College of Chiropractic, where he not only successfully finished his Doctor of Chiropractic degree but alongside it also received his bachelor of science in health and wellness.
In his free time, he loves spending time with his two amazing kids and his wonderful wife. They love to do outdoor activities such as camping, boating and traveling.
University of Central Oklahoma and Parker College of Chiropractic–Dr. McNally has completed the postgraduate certification course for chiropractic neurology, at Parker College. He also has a strong background in sports injuries, back pain, neck pain, whiplash injuries, disc injuries and rehabilitation of common nagging athletic problems. Dr. McNally also is trained in pediatrics, orthopedics, and nutrition.
Originally born in Walnut Creek, California, Dr. McNally spent many years moving around the country and overseas. He spent most of his childhood in Alaska, England, and Texas. A very active athlete , Dr. McNally played hockey up into the junior level. In fact, it was his love for hockey, and the Colorado Avalanche, that originally gave him the idea to one day practice sports medicine and chiropractic care in the area.
Dr. Jared received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2008. After graduation, he and his wife Stephanie moved to Colorado to open a sports and family practice in the mountains where he treated everyone from high school to professional athletes. Dr. Jared is Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP), and also has certifications in dry needling, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Active Release Techniques (ART) allowing him to customize treatment and rehabilitation plans specific to a patient’s goals and needs. Over the past several years Dr. Jared has had the privilege of treating many professional and amateur athletes including pro triathletes, cyclists, marathoners/ultramarathoners, and hockey players. Being a lifelong athlete himself, Dr. Jared’s passion is helping people perform at an optimal level and helping them heal quickly to get back in the game!
He enjoys playing hockey, softball, snowboarding, and mountain biking as well as playing with his son Camden and daughter Everly.
Dr. Kendelle Krause is a graduate of National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with an emphasis in Health Science and minors in Chemistry and Spanish, was received from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, which she attended on a Cross Country Scholarship.
Dr. Krause is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner (CKTP). She is full body certified in Active Release Techniques (ART) and is part of their Elite Provider Network. She has also earned certifications in Functional Movement Screens (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Motion Palpation Institute (MPI), the American Dry Needling Institute, and is certified to perform Sports Pre-Participation Physicals in the state of Colorado. Dr. Krause is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture (FIAMA) and is licensed to perform medical acupuncture. Away from the office, Dr. Krause enjoys running and competes in numerous races from 5k’s to marathons. Colorado State University-Bachelors in Biochemistry and Masters in Bio-Medical Science and Doctor of Chiropractic degree at University of Western States–Dr. Matthew L Usel is a Fort Collins native who graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry, followed by a Masters in Bio-Medical Science. The next phase of his education brought him to Portland, Oregon, where he attended the University of Western States and earned his degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Now that he is working as a clinician, his main goal is to set up the best environment for the body to heal itself. He graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah with a degree in Exercise Science and, after graduation, moved to San Jose, California where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic.
Dr. Johnston’s main objective as a chiropractor is to help his patients achieve their goals through treating the root causes of his patients’ pain, rather than treating only the symptoms. Dr. Nathan Peterson was born and raised in Lakeville, Minnesota. He attended the University of Minnesota with a concentration in biological sciences and Italian. After finishing his bachelor’s degree in human biology at Northwestern Health Science University, he transitioned into the chiropractic program. Upon graduating in 2012 and earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, he began to practice in downtown Minneapolis up to 2015. That is when his husband convinced him to move to Colorado.
Dr. Nathan specializes in all types of chiropractic adjustments including Manual, Drop Piece work and Activator. He is also certified in chiropractic acupuncture and loves introducing patients to Chinese medicine. In addition, he is trained in the Graston technique, Kinesio taping and Active Release Technique (or ART). Dr. Nathan is passionate about his work with pregnant patients, newborns, and young children. Of course, he is happy to adjust patients of all ages! Due to a knee injury growing up, Dr. Stevenson knew that she wanted to further her education to expand her knowledge of the human body. During her time at Logan, Dr. Stevenson was involved in a business sorority, Lambda Kappa Chi, and her main role was to teach adjusting techniques to the new pledge classes, which furthered her love for the profession.

Dr. Lisa Rozo is an east coast native who graduated from Penn State University with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology. She then decided to take a year off before graduate school to volunteer for AmeriCorps promoting children’s fitness through a community health center in underserved areas in Connecticut. Lisa then moved to New York City where she attended Columbia to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. While in school doing a clinical rotation in Colorado, Lisa fell in love with the area and decided to move to Denver after she graduated. Lisa has a passion for working with multiple disciplines within Physical Therapy, including pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedic and neuro. She believes in promoting well rounded care and enjoys working closely with chiropractors and massage therapists to provide the patient with the best opportunity for recovery. Dr. Brandon Melester is a Texas native who graduated at Texas Tech with a bachelors degree in Biology and then pursued a master’s in Microbiology. He realized after completing his thesis work that he wanted a career that involved being around and helping people. He attended University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He worked in sports medicine for two years in the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex. He then decided to become and travelling physical therapist and spent three years working in various states including Colorado, Oregon, and Arizona, mainly working with Orthopedic populations. He decided that he wanted to stop traveling and make Colorado home. He strongly believes that each person has their own unique needs and tries to design programs for the individual. He uses a variety of different treatment methods to help promote movement and recovery. Dr. Nicole Uncapher graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Science. She then went to Regis University where she completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2012.
Nicole discovered physical therapy as a teenager while dealing with injuries from a car accident. She realized how helpful movements and exercises can be to maintain a high level of function. Her career has focused on rehabilitation of multiple injuries following motor vehicle collisions. Ivo discovered the value of Physical Therapy while dealing with multiple injuries while competing in college. Dr. Taylor Kowalski attended Baylor University where she graduated with
both her bachelors’ degree and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Taylor grew up
in Excelsior, Minnesota where she spent time playing volleyball, tennis and enjoying
the outdoors with over 10,000 lakes. Taylor’s empathetic nature
blends perfectly with PT, as she is compassionate for anyone who walks through the
door. She was first introduced to the profession as an athlete where she
spent numerous hours with her PT. Since then, she knew therapy was her
calling. She believes in a holistic approach to healing the body which encompasses
mental, emotional and physical health and thrives from the ability to use her skills to serve

Dr. Krista (Arianna) Ross received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Arianna then went on to attend Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy. Her father was in the Air Force and her family traveled all over the country while she was growing up but they have called Colorado home for over 20 years. She was excited to come back to Colorado after getting her Doctorate so she could be closer to her family and the Rocky Mountains. Arianna has experience working with many different conditions and patient populations including: neuro, geriatrics, women’s health, and outpatient orthopedics. Arianna embodies and emphasizes a holistic approach in her patient care and believes in treating the patient as a whole for optimal recovery. She helps patients advocate for themselves and gives patients the tools they need to keep staying healthy and active even after they are done with physical therapy. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family/friends, traveling, working out, and snowboarding.
Dr. Joshua Kramer received his Bachelor of Science in Sports Studies/Kinesiology from The University of New Hampshire. He went on to attend Baylor University in Waco, Texas where he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy. Josh is from a small town in central Massachusetts where he grew up playing sports. A serious basketball injury led him to pursue a career in physical therapy. Josh is passionate about treating patients of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds. He enjoys alleviating musculoskeletal dysfunction by integrating his manual therapy skills with specific exercises to improve movement patterns, motor control, and the correction of muscle imbalances. Dr. Emma Strzelecki attended Northern Arizona University where she obtained both her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with a Minor in Psychology and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Emma is an Arizona native with a passion for the outdoors and immediately fell in love with beautiful Colorado while she was living in Summit County. She grew up playing sports and was introduced to physical therapy while on the volleyball team in high school and knew that this was the career she wanted to pursue. Physical therapy excites her because she gets to provide some of the necessary tools for her patients to return to activities they love. Her favorite part about this profession is feeling a stronger connection to her community and partnering with patients to improve their quality of life by increasing independence and mobility. Northern Illinois University BAS Physical Therapy. Joslyn grew up in a small farming community in northwestern Illinois. There she participated in cheerleading, swimming and track and field where she qualified for state in all 3 sports. She decided she wanted to become a PT after one of her brothers suffered an extensive infection and injury to his pitching hand. After going through the PT treatment, that brother was elected the Illinois “Upper Illinois Pitcher of the Year” for high school baseball. This left a lasting impression on Joslyn, allowing her to see the outcomes of performing PT. The treating PT became her mentor and he told her something that would become her life motto, “In order to be a good PT, you have to genuinely care about people”. Joslyn moved to Colorado after graduating from college where she met her husband and decided to call Colorado home. Joslyn feels a true passion to listen and care for people. She understands each individual is unique and each injury is unique. She uses evidence-based practices to achieve outcome measures specified for each patient. She has worked a number of years in the skilled nursing environment where she assisted patients with improving their function after major surgeries and illness. She is Wound Care Certified as well and has educated patients and families on evidence-based treatment to obtain healed skin lesions. In her free time, Joslyn enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, Mountain biking, walking with her dog, playing with her cats, yard work, volunteering with the youth program at her church, performing community outreach programs through her church and missions. Joslyn has a passion for the people of Southeast Asia and is the board secretary for non-profit, The Glory Project. She becomes very busy in the fall prepping for and taking part in the packing of over 1000 shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child.

Kianna has been involved in running sports and exercise her whole life, and as a teen decided she wanted to pursue physical therapy as a career after experiencing her own injuries. Kianna has volunteered at memory care and dementia facilities and has also worked with Kids in Motion during college, to promote active lifestyles in both geriatric and youth populations. She enjoys helping people return to their desired activities after trauma/injury- whether that be getting back to work, running a marathon, returning to gym or sport, minimizing falls, or eliminating fear of movement due to pain. She has been a PTA since 2017, and enjoys emphasis on vestibular rehabilitation, post-surgical interventions, yoga-based therapy, and return to running rehabilitation, but loves helping all her patients with whatever their personal goals may be. In her free-time, Kianna loves to hike with her dog, practice yoga, go destination camping, and vacation by the ocean.

Originally from La Crosse WI, Mickayla completed her associates degree at Western Technical College in 2016. Since then, she has spent her career as an outpatient physical therapist assistant. Mickayla has a passion for working with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehab, as well as general mobility and strength training. She believes each patient has unique needs and practices active listening to develop a program specific to the individual. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, traveling, and spending time with friends.
Bachelor of Arts – Augsburg University & Physical Therapist Assistant – St. Catherine University. Drew is originally from Colorado and graduated from Augsburg University in Minneapolis, MN with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science where he played Division III Ice Hockey. After graduation, he worked in Strength and Conditioning for several years before returning to school as a Physical Therapist Assistant. He believes in a patient centered and evidence-based approach with physical therapy, in order to help each patient recover as quickly and safely as possible. Outside of the office, Drew can be found playing golf, hockey, lifting weights, and walking his two dogs with his wife Natalie.
Kayla Schaller graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Biology & a Minor in Psychology. Kayla went on to complete her associates degree at Arapahoe Community College with an Associates of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She grew up in Muscatine, Iowa before moving to Castle Rock, Colorado in 2003. Her experience is working with different populations including pediatrics, skilled nursing, and geriatrics. She emphasizes patient care with communication at the forefront to help patients achieve their personal goals and return to their activities of daily living. She believes in treating the patient has a whole including, physical, emotional, nutritional, and social factors. She has a vested interest in her patients well being and prides herself on being a partner as well as a practitioner to reach a common goal centered around a functional, pain free environment. In her free time, Kayla enjoys hiking, working out, exploring mountain towns and being with her friends and family.
Cayla Enger is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She is a Colorado native and graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology and Psychology. Cayla’s interest in the field of Physical Therapy began with an internship in college as an Adaptive Exercise Specialist working in a wellness center for individuals who sustained Spinal Cord Injuries. After graduating from CU, she took a summer job with an active travel company which inevitably turned into a 7-year career in the travel industry. After many years of guiding and traveling, she felt a longing to return to a career involving patient care, and subsequently moved back to CO to earn her Physical Therapist Assistant Associate of Applied Science degree from Arapahoe Community College. She has a strong belief in treating the whole patient, and loves working in a setting with multiple disciples which provides this type of care. When Cayla is not at work, you can find her out snowboarding, biking, hiking or on her SUP board.
Houghton College- Bachelors in Biology with a concentration in Physical Therapy and a Minor in Athletic Training and Concorde Career College – Associates of Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant
Fiona is a native New Yorker who attended Houghton College where she graduated in 2017. She ran track and field for Houghton, where she set the school record in pole vault. After college, Fiona worked as a personal trainer in New Orleans, Louisiana prior to attending Concorde Career College to become a PTA. She has experience treating patients of all ages and injuries and enjoys finding creative ways to help her patients achieve their goals. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, knitting, running, and spending time with her family.
Colorado State University — Bachelors of Science in Health and Exercise Science & Concorde Career College — Associates of Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant Kayla is a Colorado native who transferred to CSU after going to Ohio Wesleyan to play field hockey and lacrosse. While at CSU, Kayla was a two time All-American in lacrosse. After graduating she worked as a physical therapist aide at a sports outpatient clinic. From there she went to PTA school to continue her passion for physical therapy. Kayla knew she wanted to work in the physical therapy field back when she was in high school and after dealing with injuries while playing multiple sports. She is an active member of the Colorado chapter of the APTA and believes in a full body approach to healing, which not only includes the physical aspect but the mental aspect too. In her free time, Kayla likes to enjoy the outdoors, whether it’s snowboarding in the winter or hiking in the summer and going to concerts.
Megan Upton began her professional career in the USAF due to her desire to help and create change for people. She met her husband in the AF, had her daughter and focused on raising her while her husband was stationed overseas. After volunteering at various pediatric and orthopedic PT clinics, seeing the different impacts PT made in people’s lives, she knew she wanted to work in the field. Megan graduated from the Pima Medical Institute’s accelerated PTA program with an Associate of Applied Sciences degree and has been licensed since 2021. Megan finds the collaborative process with patients especially gratifying. She enjoys celebrating patients successes, big or small, while assisting them in their growth. When Megan isn’t at the office she enjoys reading, walking her rambunctious puppy, biking and camping with her daughter.
Jolie Foster earned her Master of Science in Degree in Acupuncture from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in December, 2018. This program consists of 2,265 hours of education including 550 hours of clinical practice. Jolie is a Certified Health Coach and a certified Shiatsu practitioner. She holds several certifications in Western and Eastern Medical Herbalism and is a Certified Medical Herbalist with over 1000 combined hours of study and practice in Western and Eastern Herbal Medicine. Jolie graduated from Center Point School of Massage and Shiatsu in 2001 and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 5 years in Colorado. She is also Clean Needle Technique certified to ensure patient safety. In 2012 she completed her Master’s of Arts in Teaching at Hamline University, St. Paul, MN. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish with minors in Psychology and Sociology from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN.
Jolie’s training includes 945 hours in Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory and Technique, 510 hour of Bioscience and 24 hours of Gynecology. Jolie also studied adjunctive therapists such as moxibustion, tui na, acupressure, fire cupping, auriculotherapy, electrostim and dietary and lifestyle recommendations. She is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Colorado and she is a Colorado Licensed Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist.
