
Falicity Boleman received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy at San Diego State University. Falicity spent a year traveling and living in New York before coming back to Southern California to attend Azusa Pacific University, where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy. She has experience working in a variety of settings including Acute Rehab, Neurology ICU, Acute Care, and Outpatient settings. Falicity has experience treating a wide range of diagnoses including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric diagnosis, concussions, and sports population. Falicity has a special interest in clinical management centered on evidence-based individualized treatment with an energetic personality. She blends manual therapy, exercise-based strengthening, and movement science in her rehabilitation approach to optimize functional abilities. Falicity thrives in the challenge of complex patient care. When not working with patients, Falicity enjoys traveling, white water rafting, hiking, and skiing with her two young daughters.

Fiona is a native New Yorker who attended Houghton College where she graduated in 2017. She ran track and field for Houghton, where she set the school record in pole vault. After college, Fiona worked as a personal trainer in New Orleans, Louisiana prior to attending Concorde Career College to become a PTA. She has experience treating patients of all ages and injuries and enjoys finding creative ways to help her patients achieve their goals. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, knitting, running, and spending time with her family.
Malcolm X College- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant- Jonathan Gutierrez worked in various career fields in previous years, though realized from his time as an EMT that he appreciated being able to have a positive effect in the world around him, through providing care to those who need it. Having received various injuries over the years from his service in the US ARMY, to sheet metal factory work, Jonathan understood the debilitating impact injuries could have on one’s life. These career and life experiences led Jonathan to pursue a career in physical therapy. Since receiving his degree and PTA license, Jonathan has gathered experience in outpatient and skilled nursing facility settings, assisting patients of various age groups with progressing back to health and being able to live their lives with less pain and less worry. Jonathan continues to expand his skills through personal study and professional courses, remembering he is in the position to heal and empower, doing something worthwhile with his time on this Earth.
Personal interests of Jonathan include boxing and grappling, playing board games and Dungeons and Dragons, novels and shows of the fantasy and sci-fi variety and listening to heavy metal until experiencing temporary periods of tinnitus.
Associates of Applied Science- Pueblo Community College
Wesley was born in Germany before moving to Hawaii at a young age. He grew up swimming in the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean, where he became a certified lifeguard and spent many days diving and snorkeling. Upon moving to Colorado just before high school, he knew he wanted to join a profession where he could help people feel better and heal after injuries or illnesses. He became a Certified Nurse Aide while pursuing higher education to become a PTA, during which time he had many good experiences working with the elderly. His area of expertise is in orthopedic rehab, focusing on a well-rounded approach that utilizes manual and exercise therapy to improve patients’ conditions. In his free time, Wesley enjoys mountain biking during the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
